  • Measuring cups & spoons
  • Glass for serving

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Brew 1 cup of coffee and let it cool to room temperature or chill it in the fridge.
  • In a blender, add the cooled coffee, frozen banana, milk, vanilla extract, honey or maple syrup (if using), cinnamon, and ice cubes.
  • Blend on high for about 30–60 seconds until everything is smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass, sprinkle with extra cinnamon if you like, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Use frozen banana for the creamiest texture. Cool your coffee first so it doesn’t melt the ice. Adjust sweetness to taste. Add a scoop of protein powder if you want to make it more filling. :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}
