Fiery Chicken Marinade
- 2 breasts chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or gluten-free Tamari)
- 1 tbsp chili sauce (such as Sriracha or Gochujang)
- 1 tbsp honey
Ramen & Broth
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles (or gluten-free ramen)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika (smoked optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken until browned and fully cooked.
