  • 1 can (8 count) crescent roll dough refrigerated
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp melted butter for brushing tops
  • parsley chopped, optional for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper until well combined.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling on the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll from the wide end toward the point, enclosing the filling. Place on the baking sheet, seam side down.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

You can swap shredded chicken with leftover turkey or ham. For extra flavor, add a spoonful of ranch or hot sauce to the filling.
